In commemoration of the International Day for the Conservation of the Mangrove Ecosystem (World Mangrove Day) 2025, the Blue Resources Research and Policy Institute (BlueRRPI) is organising a Webinar aimed at providing the platform to promote mangrove knowledge transfer and deepen the understanding on the significance of mangroves needed to achieve adherence to mangrove protection among diverse stakeholders and community of users/practise. BlueRRPI invites you to our next episode of BlueChats series, themed “Harnessing Equity and Inclusivity for Mangrove Conservation in Ghana”. We will explore how broad considerations of different stakeholders and actors, including community, women, local government, youth, among others, can enhance mangrove conservation outcomes in Ghana. A primary output from this episode will be a policy proposition on the theme, towards harnessig the potential of mangroves for improving livelihoods, biodiversity, and climate resilience.
